Looking after your loved ones
Many people are not aware that if you do not have a Will your estate will pass according to rules set out by law called the Intestacy Rules. This can lead to problems if the people you want to benefit from your Estate are not provided for adequately (or at all) in the Intestacy Rules. Problems can also arise if you have a Will but this is out of date or invalid for any reason.
Making a Will and ensuring that this is kept under regular review is, therefore, an essential step to ensure that the right people inherit your estate after your death.
