In 2011 we became one of the first practices in the country to secure membership to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme – the mark of excellence for home buying and selling processes. This involved rigorous assessment by the Law Society to achieve CQS status, which marks the firm out as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.
In 2023, The Law Society introduced a new accreditation scheme designed for solicitors, legal practitioners and individuals who are specialists in the complex area of residential property. The 'heads of conveyancing' responsible for overseeing residential conveyancing matters across our firm were some of the first in the country to be awarded the 'Advanced' accreditation.
Our certification gives you peace of mind that we have I.T. protections in place to protect against the vast majority of common cyber attacks.
