Our Fees

Our fees for this type of work are based upon the hourly rates of the fee earner dealing with the matter and further details are contained in our Client Information Booklet. Our fees will depend on (amongst other factors) the complexity of the matter, the seniority of the fee earner required to deal with the matter and the timescale for having it completed. At the outset, we will agree to fees with you and these will be confirmed in our terms of a business letter. In the event we need to revise the original fee estimate this will be communicated to you at the earliest opportunity.
