Simon joined Tinn Criddle in August 2006
He specialises in rural and agricultural property, commercial property, leisure and tourism matters and Wills, Trusts and Probate. He has acted for individuals and corporate clients on a wide variety of transactional matters, including business sales, property sales/purchases and lending instructions. He also acts for several charities.
He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
Experience
- Advising on the purchase of a multi-million-pound agricultural nursery complex;
- Advising on a complex commercial lease transaction with a multi-million pound rent;
- Advising landowners on a series of Option Agreements for windfarm and solar developments;
- Acting for farming clients on a partition of land interests following a dissolution of a Partnership;
- Acting on behalf of a company in a buyback of shares from its minority shareholders;
- Advising on a leisure development comprising food outlets, business and sports centres, camping and caravan site pitches.
