Kim commenced her Training Contract with Tinn Criddle in July 2015 before qualifying as a solicitor with the firm in September 2017. Kim joined the Partnership in April 2019 and now heads up the Residential Conveyancing department and stands as the firm’s Senior Responsible Officer for the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
Kim specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including new-build purchases, leasehold transactions, help-to-buy matters and equity release mortgages. She also assists builders in acquiring and setting up the legal foundations of new development schemes and undertakes a variety of other commercial work. Kim is also able to assist with the administration of estates, preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications.
Although mainly based at our Alford and Sutton-on-Sea offices, Kim is happy to meet with clients at any of our other offices.
