Clare Hall

Clare originally dealt non-contentious work and has since specialised in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the overseeing of Residential Conveyancing.

Clare has dealt with with the preparation of Wills across the spectrum of clients. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with the administration of estates, from modest estates to high-value estates. 

Clare’s experience has been acquired in acting on behalf of clients who act as Executors or Administrators and, in many cases, in her acting in the role of appointed Executor.

Clare has also acted as the appointed Attorney for several clients and is experienced in dealing with the requirements of the Court of Protection in matters where a Deputy has been appointed.

Clare is currently using all her experience in her role as a Consultant to the firm on all areas of practice and regulatory matters. 

Experience:

• A wealth of experience in dealing with Court matters, both contentious and non-contentious;
• Acting in the administration of  a range of Estates (both testate and intestate) to include Estates with gross assets exceeding £1m;
• Advising on Wills and Estate planning for all clients but to included high net worth individuals;
• Acting as Executor in Estates and acting as Attorney appointed by Lasting Power of Attorney;
• Supervising Court of Protection work;
• Residential conveyancing experience spanning 25 years.
